The heating panel is the patented Thermal Power 100% Radiant "Luminous Wall" (LPG fueled).
A. Controllability so as to instantly and evenly spread up to 100,000 BTU' per square foot in a 66 square foot area.
B. The 6' x 13' instant ON-OFF heating panel is divided into four zones. Individually controlled to heat in widths in any combination to make the following widths of 2-1/2' 4', 6-1/2', 8', 10-1/2' or 13'.
C. The heating panel is fueled by LPG and has a BTU/hr. Output of the following:
Zones 1 and
4................................................... 1,266,000 BTU/hr.
each
Zones 2 and
3 ...................................................2,134,000 BTU/hr.
each
Total BTU/hr.
output .........................................6,800.000 BTU/hr.
D. The mounting has a tilt range of 90 degrees horizontal to vertical. The wings are hinged to manually tilt 90 degrees for a total transport width of 8';6".
E. All piping, ducting, fittings and accessories such as: gas/air mixers, solenoid valves, limiting orifice valves, blowers, etc., are sized and installed to properly insure the maximum operating efficiency of the "Luminous Wall" heating panel system.
Hydraulic System
Flow through with operating pressures of 2,000 PSI having a capacity of 37 gallons.
Controls
A. Hydraulic system is operated by 12-volt D.C. electric solenoid valve controls, which includes push buttons to operate the movement of the heating panel and hydraulic options mounted inside the cab easily controlled by the operator.
B. The heating panel controls are mounted on the same instrument panel as the hydraulic control. The heating panel controls are powered by 12 volt D.C. with power off safety inter-locked design. They have four individual ON/OFF switches and indicator lights for each zone with a pushbutton master start/stop switch. The control panel is equipped with indicator lights as follows:
Four Zone Lights ........Amber
Power-On ...................Red
Air Pressure................Green
Safety Light ...............Green
Safety Switches for Heating Panel
In addition to the pushbutton master switch mounted on the control panel, additional safety switches are mounted on each side of the unit.
