• Consisting of two main panels with instant controllability and even heat from 40,000 to 100,000 BTU's per sq. ft. area.
• Two 6' x 16' instant  "ON & OFF" heating panels divided into four zones, individually controlled to heat in widths in any of the following combinations of 3', 4'3", 4'6", 7'3", 8'6", 8'9", 11'6", 13' or 16'.

• Heating panels raise/lower 12'.  Four winged heating panels (Zones 1, 4, 5, and 8) hydraulically pivot from 90deg vertical, travel (8'6" wide) to horizontal, working position (16' wide).
• All piping, ducting, fittings, and accessories, such as: gas/air mixers, solenoid valves, limiting orifices valves, blowers, engine, hydraulic cylinders, and filters are installed to properly insure maximum operating efficiency of the "Luminous Wall" heating panel system.
• Air supply is 3,200 CFM engine drive, low pressure, combustion blower powered by a 75HP Caterpillar or equivalent diesel engine.

• Attached between the front and rear  "Luminous Wall" heating panels are highly insulated soaking pans.  The soaking pans are 16' square and hydraulically operates with main heating panels.

• Dual hydraulic system produces efficient control of all functions.
• Primary system rated at 12 GPM @ 1500 PSI.
• 50-gallon hydraulic tanks, suction and return filtration.  Electric solenoid valves give pushbutton control and adjustable priority flow controls allow varying speed.

Heating panel controls mounted on same instrument panel as hydraulic controls (pushbuttons).

Heating panel controls are 12-volt power off with safety-interlocked design.

Each main wall has a master start / stop switch.

All eight heating zones have individual "ON & OFF" switches and indicator lights.
