The Bidder, having examined carefully the Plans and Specifications consisting of ______pages, terms and conditions herein, and having examined the streets and knowing their condition, proposes to furnish all testing, labor, materials (with the exception of the asphalt and its delivery to the job site), equipment and other items, facilities and services, without exception for the proper execution and completion of the contract, and if awarded the contract, to complete the said work within time limits as specified for the following bid prices. NOTE 2: The quantities listed are estimated only and will be used for bid evaluation only. These quantities shall in no way be construed to mean actual or intended usage.
